Follow these easy mixing instructions for recommended serving size. Prepare S-26® GOLD 3 using only the enclosed scoop.

Glass of Water 210 mL lukewarm water
A Cup of Water 240 mL

Boil drinking water for five minutes. Allow to cool until lukewarm.
